  This could have been a fine movie if they scrapped the whole affair part. Affairs aren’t sexy. It’s just not needed. Also why wouldn’t she just tell him? There was no reason.

  This is the last Ukrainian/Soviet movie recommended to me, and I’ve waited a year to watch it near Christmas. It’s a wild movie honestly, super weird and oddly paced, but also kind of fun. The costumes, sets, and effects are all great. It’s the kind of movie where I bet it’s fun to watch with people who love it.
