First half; Uncut Gems meets Kings of Summer. Fast, fun, and extremely energetic. Two very charismatic leads, who I was excited to see take on anything.

Second half; they pick most blanket and cliche conflict for a coming of age movie. The energy dissipate and the most interesting character gets sidelined by a generic love interest.

It never gets bad, but with how bold it starts, it’s a shame how mediocre it becomes. But Gabriel LaBelle impresses once again.

In the running for one of the most skippable MCU movie.

It never dips too far into being atrocious, it’s mostly just boring, with very noticeable reshoots. Sadly, at best it’s serviceable.
It doesn’t do anything new and with it spending so much time tying up loose ends from previous MCU movies/shows, it failed to get me excited for what’s to come.

Honestly the only highlight was seeing for the first time a big “blockbuster” movie I was apart of on the big screen. But even that only made it kinda worth it.

Saying this is one of Christopher Nolan’s best is huge considering his filmography, but wow.

Im honestly struggling to find complaints; I guess there were too many named actors in small roles for the heck of it, but I think that’s it.

Was it long? Yes, but I was on board every step of the way.
