  My favorite Fincher and easily top 5 of the decade. A perfectly tense slow burn procedural with outstanding performances, haunting soundtrack, gorgeous color grading, and pitch perfect production design. It’s almost 3 hrs long and I could still watch more.

  The problem with novel premises is that they have to be airtight or they will fall apart like a bread boat. This movie would make a lot of ducks happy.
