Damien Leone has done it... I was so skeptical wether the 3rd part would be better than the previous 2 or if it would kill the franchise, by doing dumb decisions. After finishing the movie, my expectations were more than exceeded. Wow... Just wow!

Oh boy... I might be a week late to the game, but I finally managed to watch it in cinemas. The anticipation is finally over and... The only question I left from that cinema, was ''Was a sequel really that necessary?''
I was so excited to finally see the sequel to the already amazing Part 1 from 1986 and expected a lot from it. But there are a lot of points that didn't really fulfill my expectations. There were justโฆ
I'm sure this movie is amazing for many other people, but it sadly didn't hit me as it did with others. For example, I'd pick The NeverEnding Story (1984) over this one for sure.
The puppets were shockingly really good tho! I was amazed at how they pulled all of that off, specially considering that this is a movie from the early 1980s. It almost seemed real sometimes.
Not a movie a was planning to ever watch, because I knew it would be that typical 2000's flick with horrible CGI, but it wasn't that horrible as expected.
Loved the color selection and aesthetic of the movie, specially the outfits. Some of the CGI was actually pretty good and even if the werewolf CGI looked goofy, I still quite enjoyed it.
This movie was definitely way too long and should be cut to 1.5 hours, in my opinion. Butโฆ

Decided to check this one out because of its high general rating (3.9/5), but after finishing it, I don't really understood why it has such a high rating. The movie felt really slow and Count Dracula didn't impress me that much in terms of being spooky or scary. But I have to give them some props for making Count Dracula look good. I really liked the look. Maybe if he was more frightening in the movie,โฆ
After watching the 97th Academy Awards, I finally decided to give Anora (2024) a watch and see what the buzz is all about.
Gotta admit, it was a pretty fun Drama movie and it deserves the hype it's getting. The first 1 hour wasn't that all too special, but after that, it really picked up and I started to like it. BUT, I don't think it should've won the Oscar for best Movie Picture. It wasn't really something out ofโฆ
