I don’t take Ghibli lightly, and the most recent new Ghibli things haven’t struck a chord with me the way the classics did. I don’t think anything can top Mononoke for me, but honestly…. Yeah I think this might have?? The score was incredible. The scale of this movie taken in consideration with the runtime is a marvel. I honestly think it could have gone for 3 hours and I still would’ve adored every second and it wouldn’t have felt…
