Stunning production (particularily set design, use of sound, costume design, and cinematography), but plot was severely lacking. So many themes could have been developed.

To be clear, this 2-star review is for the theatrical version. The original/alternate ending is a whole other story: it actually challenges audiences into re-thinking the idea that humans should always be dominant.
