  what an ensemble. i didn’t know what to expect coming into this, but i am now reminded how much i love espionage/spy films. it was definitely a bit of a slow burn but towards the end it did get juicy—wished it had more of that though. also what a power couple Kathryn and George are, damn.

  got a coupon from my CGV app for this movie and went “alright what the heck!” and i paid like only equivalent to $3 and got free posters too

  anyways. don’t know much about it besides somehow its related to Wonder as like a sequel or something (which i learned that it really isn’t)

  one thing that i do want to point out is that ariella glaser who played sara and orlando schwerdt who played julien were actually really good???? never seen…

  i had fun! saw twice, on imax & dolby atmos just to see which ones i prefer lol

  but personally it wasn’t the strongest of bong joon-ho for me. there’s of course societal commentary sprinkled within the story with many of his film, but i found myself more drawn into each individual cast’s performance rather than the narrative itself. it just didn’t feel as cohesive and some scenes could definitely be cut. i’m also not sure if im a fan of…
