I feel like I missed something. There’s just absolutely no way we are introduced to the main villain in the end credits scene. And I definitely missed what his motives were because I got so lost.
Love Moana herself though. And I was entertained enough.

You know what would be a good idea? Let’s take my grieving best friend, who just lost her husband in a climbing accident which we both witnessed, to climb an extremely high tower in the middle of nowhere. I need clout more than I need common sense.
Film was genuinely stressful at times, but when the situation is high stakes it’s always good for the audience to actually care for the characters so they actually root for them. Liked Becky…
