  I greatly enjoyed this film. To me it felt like a high watermark of *war movies*. The incredible resources, skills, and production values of the early 21st century put to work in the hands of a master on a concept that I think offended some, or at least left them rather unimpressed due to its nature perhaps being somewhat *stock*.

  But it's a war film. What did these people *want* exactly? I have no idea, and I doubt that they…
