Chungking Express 1994
Actually super charming but Faye was a literal insane person while simultaneously epitomizing “manic pixie dream girl”. The filmmaking was mesmerizing throughout but there were also little moments that made sense to me, even though much of the plot felt like nonsense. My sister was more concerned with why we never find out what happened with the drug dealers and why that was in the movie if nothing ever happened.
