Quite nice acting between Clara Wieth (Pontoppidan) and Agnete Blom portraying two young women in a very close and loving friendship.
The two have to part ways when Clara's father dies and she has to leave boarding school.
Clara gets married to a fencing teacher and has a young daughter while Agnete begins a singing career.
Unfortunately, when they all meet up later you can see that the husband (Aage Fønss) is mesmerised by Agnete and can't wait to kiss…
