Maybe my love for bandit cinema comes from the Slavic in me, but I couldn't take my eyes off the screen.

NWR had my attention from the very first scene to the very last one.

"Respect" edged into the head of Tonny is like an ironic desperate call for validation. What a fuck up of a character who manages to do everything wrong, but yet you are cheering for him because of the cruelty of his surroundings.

A perfect "happy ending" is just a cherry on the top.

Pusher was great, Pusher II is perfect.

Back in the day dumb humor used to require some wits to actually find it funny.

The idea is to put Atlas Shrugged on screen. And I don't think it's a good idea.

P.S.: How much do you think Francis thinks about the Roman Empire?!

Civil War truly made me inspired.

The premise feels like a hot topic for edgelords, but in reality the film offers honest conversations regarding a plausible future. Bone chilling lines like: "What kind of American are you?" - put a lot of things into a perspective.

Kirsten Dunst gives the best and most suttle performance of her entire career. I really appreciated that we don't know what this Conflict is and who the opposite sides are. I am shooting because you are shooting - the unfortunate truth in a modern world.

The film is far form perfect, but it made me feel alive.
