The Whale 2022
This is the best movie I have seen in a while. It is simple, based on a play so is all shot in one room, and all the drama comes from the relationships between the people. It is gut wrenching and the performances are all spectacular (save for the mother whose performance seemed to oscillate between care and indignant anger both of which seemed insincere). See this movie if you care about humanity and storytelling more than CGI.
