    Much more affecting than i was expecting. The first act could have easily been the first act to a comedy/drama about a young man making a connection despite his disability. Jack Quaid and Amber Midthunder had that rare chemistry where I wanted them to be together instead of the script arbitrarily pushing them togetehr for the plot.     Wow. It's crazy to see a cartoon that just behaves like a cartoon. No ironic detachment. No subtext about generational trauama. Just straight up mallets smashing heads and non-stop slapstick sight gags. The 2D animation is gorgeous with little personal touches you forget come with the format.
