  Mikey Madison brings all the depth to a character that the script forgets to contend with. The man playing Igor also balanced little dialogue with depth and consideration that is hard to describe. It’s a beautifully shot and choreographed film on a low budget with a very particular humor that works to its purpose. I don’t know what I’m supposed to take from this but the layers of options that are made available based on Madison’s performance alone are worth at least one extra star.

  I really wanted this one to be good! I was expecting a black mirror dark comedy adventure vibe and instead got a political commentary that felt a little too real ya know?

  Thoughts this time: 
  - Julie Andrews does the cutest quirky little things throughout this whole thing that make me so happy. 
  - The baroness took the break up SO well
  - Maria & Georg dancing together for the first time is literally the most romantic thing ever.

  Such a beautiful book. And not a bad first episode. But definitely did not carry through. Very over the top.  Now I feel like watching inglorious bastards.
