I came in with no expectations and still this was not what I expected. Which means I probably had some expectations after all as I really wanted to like this and thought was in the mood for it. I just did not connect with it— It tries to be universal but it really is a very topic ethnographic documentary on life, "love" and death in a near-rural setting. Some patience is required as this is clearly a poetic piece, but it did not feel draggy. Still has some punching moments.
