‘every 40 days an indigenous language dies’
i really enjoyed this, it carries a really good balance of tone and is fun all throughout. it kind of pushes the boundaries of ‘realism’ to just the right amount to keep things funny and engaging
michael fassbender feels like he’s in a completely different movie though, like whilst his plot line is super serious, it feels like in the back of this movie there’s a ‘the killer’ style gritty crime drama happening that randomly crosses over with the guys who love ket. not a bad thing just thought it was worthy of note
