    Batshit on a second to second basis that filled me with joy. The main guy is named Jack Deth. He kills a possessed Santa Claus in front of kids. He keeps referring to the timeline as "the line." He gets obsessed with Peter Gunn for some reason. He physically throws a little girl who is the ancestor of his future cop boss out of an apartment. (Yes, his badge is taken twice in 76 minutes.)

    No, I still don't fully understand what a Trancer is. Yes, I will watch the next five sequels.

    So strange. Thank god it was Christopher Reeve in the cliche of a guy in love with a dead girl because he has an innocence that keeps it from being creepy. However, I think that backfired when they actually end up together, there wasn't enough romance to justify the obsession and the time travel. (Definitely a unique way of doing it.)

    Absolutely bonkers scene near the end. Also Christopher Plummer looks like the bad guy from Moulin Rouge.

    The biggest problem is that the experiment kinda failed. They picked the wrong subjects so most of the movie is a wash. I wish there was a better examination on what is fame. The film quickly says it's okay for actors to be famous because they're doing a craft, but influencers are empty. But then they show how much influencers have to work at being influencers.
