No idea why the entry on this movie is deleted and replaced by the exact same one. Anyway, here's the the same old review of mine:

The only reason why I even watched this in the first place was because this and every single film of Tran Thanh in the past takes up 90% of the whole schedule, making it almost impossible to even consider watching other airing films.

Now let's actually talk about the film. The film isn't bad…

    Asian Parents, the Movie.

This is the kind of movie where everyone is a douchebag because, well, to create cheap, predictable and forced drama.

Domestic mental abuse, family, naivity, love, relationship, family interaction, etc.... It tried to carry so many dead heavy themes yet the only good thing about this movie is ironically the out of place and loud comedy, it ruined the tone but it made the movie more pleasant to watch for some reason.

    BOCCHI THE ROCK!

    ★★★★★

Bocchi the Rock! is a combination of many different ideas and tropes that don’t seem to blend well with each other. Yet, it turned out better and beyond your wildest imagination. Bocchi the Rock! has nothing original but it executed the “ingredients” it chose better than any show with similar concept - it’s like comparing a pro chef to a homecook, with the same “ingredients”, a homecook can never cook a better dish than a pro chef who spent time, loves and cares on their work. It’s so insane to the point that it felt sureal.
