Cannibal Holocaust 1980
Fairly vapid but intense shock horror that attempts to build a commentary on the rape of "savages" by the sensationalist west. Doesn't quite cognize it's own contributions to regressive and damaging western viewpoints. Kills a few animals real nasty for the effort though. Sort of sexy in an Acephale way for that. Hard not to consider the professors slight smile at the final footage as an ultimate comment on the directors ecstasy.
