the opening is always a ride; its fast, violent and as a product of its low budget, charmingly amateurish. the return of running zombies was such a fresh and exciting evolution of the trope at the time and really heightened their ability to shiver your timbers, I was 10 when I first saw this and it had me fucked up for about a year.
the plot is a spiel about crisis management and the link between moral and societal breakdown.…
