  Basically what happens when a filmmaker prioritises aesthetic over any actual substance.
  Visually very pretty as a piece of art.

  I’m so torn

  Aesthetically this was some fuckin’ tasty ravioli
  The last 20 minutes are insane, and makes me wish I could give this a 5 
  Great monster design, fantastic set and production value and some top tier sound work, the ingredients are all there

  But the first 50% of this was excruciatingly slow I completely mentally tapped out and stopped paying attention at one point, most of the dialogue pretty self indulgent and utterly pointless
