Cinema can change lives, it really can. A film that's not just honest to its audience but to itself, made with pure intentions and does not try to be pretentious. A very, very beautiful biopic, very inspiring, and very emotional. I wept watching the climax. Just beautiful.

Wow! What a powerful film. The whole story is just sad. Huge respect to the reporters and journalists who worked day and night selflessly to bring this story out to the world.

Brilliantly crafted film. Tight screenplay, wrote with a lot of care and detail, no hidden propaganda and told with utmost honesty. The director does a great job with the pacing. The actors have all put their heart out into this, Mark Ruffalo was especially the show stealer. Amazing, amazing film 🙌

The film has a fairly simple plot but the non-linear narrative makes it a very exciting and compelling watch, excellent screenplay and editing and what more can I say about VJS's performance he was outstanding as always but who really surprised me was Anurag Kashyap the climax was just heart wrenching. Only flaw I would point out is that it could have been subtle instead of being massy.

You can feel the sincerity this film was made with through the screen. Beautiful just beautiful watched it with my mom and she loved it. This is something that will stay with me forever it connects with you so well, not even a single dull or out of the track moment. Everything is so well done the music, the performances, the writing, the framing, the subtle messaging and metaphors. Bow down to Kiran Rao 🙇.
