Probably one of the best soundtracks I've ever listened to, rivaled only by Star Wars, Lord of the Rings and Fight Club. It also manages to use the Civil War as such a good background that it's probably the best depiction of the war ever done.

Eraserhead 1977
In some weird way this comes across to me as set in a post-nuclear city or an industrial society on the verge of collapse in the same vein as the one described in the song “The Dead Flag Blues” by Godspeed You! Black Emperor. Its hellish environment seems like an inescapable one that you’re forced to live in with no redeemable qualities whatsoever. Where you’re forced to live through the worst parts of the human experience and hate every waking moment. One without beginning or end.

Making Waves: The Art of Cinematic Sound 2019
Pretty standard documentary that I still liked quite a bit but still forced to watch it for this one college assignment.
