  pretty much nothing new about this; would be great if the (very talented!) drag queens weren't slated as the new gay best friend trope. and gaga deserved better.

  This is one of my favorite indie movies of all time. Fantastic acting from such a young cast, a funny (if sad) storyline, and a soundtrack I can't get out of my head. This movie is so visually bright, it's an absolute treat.

  So much fun, even if it doesn't *quite* reach the great level of its 2014 predecessor.

  Some of my favorite lines/jokes:
  "It's raining dads!"
  "Get a bunch of criminals to fight other criminals? What a stupid idea!"
  Alfred's "Setting Limits for Your Out-of-Control Child" book
  "British robots — ask your nerd friends" about the Daleks
  And, of course, the "pew pew pew!"

  Also, bless Dick Grayson forever. Thank god they chose that Robin.
