  Longlegs Non spoiler review.

  I went into this with some pretty large hype, the marketing was great and some of the "scariest movie of all time" tags got that train in full spin.
  Was it? No it wasn't but that didn't deter the fact that it's a solid entry to the genre.

  The audio score throughout is chilling and really adds to the atmosphere, Nic Cage's character is played very well, hugely creepy and unsettling.

  Absolutely brilliant.

  Stellar performance from Hudson. Soundtrack was fantastic and just a feel good story with it's ups and downs.

  One of the best movies I've watched this year. Looking forward to a second viewing

  Love this franchise but can't help but think this installment was to much.

  From 2hrs 50 it could have easily been 2-2.15 without detracting from the story.

  I get the fact JW is borderline superhuman but I fear it's starting to go down the F&F route of ridiculous.

  Hoping the next installment improves and goes back to its roots are the fantastic original

  A solid throwback to the 80s slasher genre.
  Took parts from the old classics and made them work in the current day, practical effects were very refreshing to see!

  What has become a very diluted and "samey" genre, this leashed new life in the modern era of slashers.

  
  Fingers crossed for a sequel.

Following
