Może i dobrze oddany klimat i mentalność ludzka schyłku lat 60tych w Polsce, jednak cały film był dla mnie niczym wycieczka po gabinecie figur woskowych. Perfekcyjnie odpicowane auta, ciuchy i ludzie, ni jak nie mają się do reszty próchniejącego tła. Sceny aranżowane w tak sztuczny sposób że niemal słychać przy każdym ujęciu "akcja! kręcimy" i rusza cały plan. Miło popatrzeć na "podrasowaną" plastycznie Anne, choć cały wątek miłosny był chyba ciosany scenariuszową siekierą. Kościukiewicz też ładnie wpasował się w rolę. Wisienką na tym plastikowym torcie pozostanie zakończenie filmu z Andrzejem Chyrą.

Crimes of the Future 2022
It's nice to see that Cronenberg hasn’t abandoned his fascination with the human body and the theme of human evolution. This time, he leans more into art and performance, but the human body remains at the forefront. An intriguing and dark sci-fi thriller set in an interesting world. Everything seems to be in place… and yet, something is missing. The film fades from memory almost immediately after watching, failing to resonate with the viewer in any meaningful way.
