“I think that god is merciful and so great that he doesn’t want to see his creatures suffer. He’s so great that he’s can’t possibly want to force us to live. That’s why he grants man this solution. Have you ever thought about the meaning of this?”

Hauntingly beautiful. So much artistic talent and creativity went behind this as it was a such a surreal watch. The girl is completely deteriorating from the inside out. She's rotting. Her past memories are haunting her and slowly pulling her into an inescapable void. I'm listening to Perverts by Ethel Cain while typing this review and it reminds me a lot of the album. There's this anxiety hanging over us as she's experiencing depersonalization. It's chaotic and exotic. And the music by none other than Trent Renzor & Atticus Ross, the same people who made the score for Challengers, just brilliant.

Yes this was absolutely cliche and predictable, but my mom and I still cried our little hearts out.
