The Panic in Needle Park 1971
devastating and filled with despair give me 10 more of these!! sometimes i have problems with the pacing of relationships being too fast in films, but this one felt more accurate/real. the lack of music made it feel slow but also really raw, so i both liked and disliked that. definitely the kind of movie where i feel like i need to sit outside and smoke after while pondering everything 🕺

I really like the soundtrack of the movie, and the overall filmmaking but I think it was lacking in the emotional relationships and I honestly don’t understand how Juno and Bleeker were together in the end but it is Micheal Cera so how much can we really understand. I wish it would have showed how their relationship grew throughout Juno’s pregnancy instead of focusing on Juno and the weird dad guy. But it reminds me of summer and I love the overall vibes 🤗🤗
