  I’ve watched this many many times now and I’ve yet to be able to fully articulate what exactly it is about it that makes me connect so much. Just a perfectly lovely film covering urban isolation, finding solace within strangers and the absurdity/disorientation stemming from people longing for love; all set in my favourite city in the world + a perfect soundtrack and cast, what more could i ask for.

  I hear a lot of complaining about how this goes downhill after the first act and yeah it does lose the eeriness that’s so outwardly intriguing which makes it a lot less memorable
  But questionable acting and dialogue aside , I think the second half was also super compelling in an entirely different way. It’s where we see the set up themes being fully fleshed out and the characters truly become products of war without the innocence we saw at…
