while slow, and a little video game cut scene-y at times (iykyk), this movie tells a deeply moving and important story of one of many ever-forgotten histories of Black people in this country. we are so little removed that our main character(s) are telling their own story of their own experience at these reform schools. brilliantly shot, ramell ross and jomo fray, i hope u have the BRIGHTEST future ahead of u
