This had several opportunities to be a great movie, but there were just too many questionable moments that left this just being pretty average. I really can't say more without spoiling the whole thing.

The Killing of a Sacred Deer 2017
As dry as a spoonful of cinnamon. No emotion, no surprises. The plot as well as the actions and dialogue of the characters are consistent with its own universe only, so there is no ability to relate to any of it. Literally anything would be more enriching and entertaining than the two hours spent watching this.
