I really enjoyed this movie (re: my favorite movie genre is obviously people talking/sniping at each other in rooms for 2 hours) and thought it had phenomenal pacing — kept me pretty locked in which watching on a flight, which is no easy feat.
While the subject matter is inherently serious ofc (picking the most powerful person in the world’s most powerful religion), I think the levity in this film was what really did it for me. Plenty of examples…
