tbh im probably just predisposed to identifying with Pharrel’s worldview so I’m gonna like a movie about his life and music a lot anyways, but I was surprised I enjoyed the lego animation as much as I did.
genuinely a smart choice that helped make a typical music biopic not a boring slog?? visually engaging and interesting and makes me want to watch it again. how many biopics can you honestly say that for from a VISUAL perspective?
