"Cinema is a woman by virtue of its ritualistic nature."
- Federico Fellini
A woman's life, measured on a four-point Likert-type scale.
Watched it for the third time. Can this be a goy's favorite Coen Brothers film? Well, it is. It includes a hot jaded neighbor, a cheating and leeching Jewish wife, rabbis listening to psychedelic rock, dybbuks of the night, all concluded with the arrival of the Great Unknown. How can a heavily religiously themed film be the most existentialist one I have seen?
It also has the best trailer made for any production, ever.

I waited for 190 minutes to see a scene where the actors and actresses do not speak but there is audible dialogue. Otherwise I would not believe that it was a NBC movie.
