  whats scarier: getting up at 3:30am to fly to prague to see fka twigs only to then find out at the doors that she’s rescheduled OR nosferatu?? idk both were really scary. i wish i could review this movie but couldnt watch half of it. sound was so scary. i really likes the non sexy version of a vampy film but i dont understand the ending, like all of the subversion to feel that cynical idk. again, can’t comment too much as my eyes were covered throughout :)

  disappointing that despite its runtime failed to really go into any intricacies or many details, i understand that life goes on during fascism but showcased politically like the bureaucratic difficulties if anything more so than the actual fight and resistance to fascism idk. i came out feeling underwhelmed and not much the wiser about a topic i didnt know much about. i hate biopics and i just know the real story has so much more fight and struggle but all things considered i do feel like a bit of a prick not liking this but like come on

  i took people laughing in the cinema as an opportunity to let out a cry. no need for me to have seen this.

  also what did it for me was how the movie looked into the relationship a person has with their mother tongue and how it comes and goes when you don’t live where your native language is spoken.
