I wanted to hate this so bad but every moment just built together this lovely puzzle of a movie. I want to say it’s misogynistic and Billy is a narcissist and lalala but it is really just all Love in the end. Layla (Christina Ricci) is a literal angel in this and wow it is so wonderful and awesome. Just a Force. And her blue eyeshadow and sparkly tap shoes. Stunning show stopping. Definitely not a perfect movie but in everything I didn’t like I found ten things to keep watching for. And I cried 2 times. Nice! Recommend..
