Don't Look Up 2021
Actually better than I was expecting... it got better as it went on too. The film had perfect cast of A listers that all actually had important roles. The plot line represented something bigger than the premise of the movie which is what makes it stand out more than a traditional disaster movie. Bonus points for T Chalamet and Jennifer Lawrence being together on screen 🙏🏼

The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes 2023
What an unreal experience to see another Hunger Games movie in cinemas tonight! A long awaited release that I had high hopes for. Boy did it deliver. My only complaint is that the pacing was a touch fast as there is so much to unpack here. I’d love to see another movie if Suzanne Collins is willing to hit the books. This cast was so so good and even better than I had imagined. This world came back to life instantly, proving there is so much to explore. The real standout however, is the deep character exploration of Coriolanus Snow. See it for yourself!
