The Perks of Being a Wallflower 2012
so disappointing.
i couldn’t bring myself to care about any of the characters apart from charlie bc they’re all sooo underdeveloped. even charlie isn’t a complex character at ALL, and it only feels like he has any sort of depth in his narration parts. literally felt like the movie was 30 minutes long because of how many meaningless scenes are in it.
also feels a little weird that he’s a freshman who had a million seniors all over him…
