This movie had excellent moments of visual storytelling (mirror scenes specifically). Julianne Moore did a striking job of making her character subtly childlike, so instead of garnering sympathy, it helps us understand how sinister it is to weaponize victimhood so you don’t have to take responsibility for your actions.
