Honestly confused about rating it. Great performance but kind of a weirdly structureless film without it being a film making a choice to reject structure.

Chaos Walking 2021
0 stars. We watched this for our book club with pupils at work & I hated it. It's been a long time since I saw a book adaptation so ruthlessly gut the original text for cool parts & then just ditch everything else. Fundamentalky changes Todd's character & so the heart of the book.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom 2018
It was a terrible decision to see this film. While I didn't actively dislike it as much as the first Jurassic World film, I was really bored through a lot of the final act. Also, at least three cast members had the potential to be interesting (NOT OWEN) but were left completely undeveloped. The film just wastes their potential in favour of cramming in another dinosaur battle/quite obvious reference to the original films.
