The Brutalist 2024
The first half of this film is absolutely fucking phenomenal. Like, the best movie experience I had in 2024. Adrien Brody is ridiculously good, as is Guy Pearce. There’s a chemistry between them that feels taboo and it’s so palpable. The score and the cinematography work so well together that it really does feel surreal at times.
