The Brutalist 2024
Very brilliant, beautiful and great soundtrack. Scott Walker dedication put the film into more context for me than anything. Reminded me more of The Drift than any film I’ve seen.

I used to work with a guy who was as big of a dylan head as me. We used to try and outdo each other in increasingly obscure (yet listenable) dylan songs. i was nearly in this movie when i was living in belfast. offered to be part of the concert scene but i decided i should probably finish up my dissertation instead. three people have read my dissertation, 30k have logged this movie on letterboxd at time of writing. at least both had Gerry Adams in them.
