  From the first scene with the kid in school, it seems like they cast the lead based on “find a kid who seems like a 10-year old Tobin Bell as Jigsaw”.  Which is, to me, as hilarious as it is obnoxious

  Excited to see how this pans out

  20 mins in IT GOT DARKER. HELL YEAH

  50 mins: MATT JONES IS INCREDIBLE! The scene of him trying to start a dead Ford(?) could have been the trailer for this movie…

  Oscars SNUB

  Effective, emotional, not too long to overstay its welcome.
   This was a damn good time. 

  The animation style does justice to so many textures, skin and rock and tree and feather and all… but FUR. Whatever engine it is that creates these movies, the fur generator is NOT IT. It’s so unsettling in this movie and others I can’t think of rn. Pls stop it.

  Was always my favorite of the 3 by a long shot, and now I see why.
  The goofy future, the alternate reality present, the revisiting of the past yet again? This film has all the lovely elements of the first, while expanding upon the OG, without ruining anything (minus what they did to Crispin Glover)

  Only downside is it leads directly to the 3rd, which is when the gimmicks start to get a bit old.

  Still though, incredible sequel…
