  Opera feels like homework. It was in music history class and felt like a chore to read about. Not only is it in a different language, but the stories just feel antiquated. 

  But I gotta admit; it feels like peek fantasy. I guess all I needed were subtitles. Like musicals, they both got the sets, costumes, lights, and pit. I'd say the major differences are the singing styles and opera recitative (speech like singing, no melody, lots of repeated notes).…

  All you haters need to just walk into the ocean and don't stop. This movie's adorable and out punning all of you. Y'all admit the animation's gorgeous (if you don't, continue gargling salt water), but don't admit it has style too. The elements are all malleable and can transform themselves in creative ways. Thomas Newman is spreading his glorious, ambient pussy for you, and you're not even listening. This movie has freaking metal bending!! You telling me none of that was at all pleasing?!? Bye
