  truthfully such a slog in the first 30 minutes, but the ending is haunting and i haven’t stopped thinking about the movie since. 

  even after a few days i am digesting it…. maybe a full review will come in time, but for now i am simply struck by the impact of the film in all; that is, the erasure of a woman’s story when entangled with a man’s.

  very silly, very enjoyable — weird lil pal pattinson at his peak 

  not life-altering or jaw dropping in any way (not to say that a film needs to be), but this was simply a fun time out in space. i hope robert and bong keep making movies together forever so their press tours will never end <333333 

  also i would like to know when robert pattinson discovered he could do absolutely insane things with his voice??????????

  All of the reviews for this movie are pretty fair: yeah, it was boring at times, yeah, it was a bit of a waste of the cast, and yeah, Christian Bale outperformed everyone. 

  The best way I can describe this is that it felt like Robert De Niro was a high school drama teacher and his students, Margot, Christian, John, Rami, Anya, Mike, Michael, Chris, Alessandro, Timothy, Matthias, Zoe, Taylor, and Andrea wanted to put on a BIG SHOW. So…
