Elements of this are a bit more dated than From Russia with Love I think but it is a big silly 1960s blockbuster with so many iconic moments. It’s the film the Bond franchise has emulated for the last 60 years although it’s surprising how much of the film is spent with Bond being incarcerated by the villain.

Cabaret 1972
Still a very unconventional musical 50 years on. Parts of it are really quite sinister and there’s a foreboding sense of doom throughout. Forgot how much it swept the Oscars away from The Godfather.
Read somewhere that described the plot as Brat Summer - Fascist Winter which is pretty accurate.
A truly amazing film could happily watch it again asap.

Night of the Living Dead 1968
Influential and important horror film. Unfortunately some aspects are a bit amateur and quite dated which is a shame for a film of its status.
Some pretty disturbing moments though and the trowel scene is one of the most horrifying scene on film. The sound effects are genuinely horrible.
As usual for Romero the ending is very bleak and the socio-political undertones are still sadly relevant.

The Zone of Interest 2023
A really uncomfortable watch. It’s simultaneously beautiful, dull, horrifying and fascinating. I haven’t stopped thinking about it. The music at the end was genuinely terrifying and I’ve never wanted to get out of a screening in such a hurry.
