This was unbearable to watch
This felt like a “thoughts and prayers” doc with slam poetry that was all over the place thematically that didn’t at all lift up the memories of those who were killed or even try to frame just how fucking insane school shootings are.
Just felt emotionally manipulative with no real commentary on the actual issue at hand which is access to guns. I am happy that you get to see some level of closure…

I wonder if there will ever be a modern resurgence of politically charged protest music
76% of the way done with the Oscar nominations , I have come to the the difficult realization that I likely won't be able to finish this self-imposed challenge. I am truly sorry to everyone who I have let down and all those at home cheering me on. I will come back better and stronger next year.
