really dug this. chastain brings it, as does the all star ensemble cast. obviously worth a rewatch since its a sorkin script and several lines and concepts just fly right by a little too fast. some lines of dialogue get a little too cute but the pacing is stellar for that runtime. i'd be interested to read molly's book and i also really wanna play some poker

important project, feels like zoe's way of bringing awareness to these very real situations. incredible soundtrack, especially the 'aint nobody' reveal. thought it actually would've been more fucked up to garner the trigger warning at the beginning but the narrative use of the vape is awesome. love how it all unfolds and there are some very neat shots

timeless, game-changing B movie. all the actors are treating this like shakespeare. so much thick dialogue that doesn't come off as preachy because its being delivered by apes. fantastic cinematography that really sets the tone and builds the world and was completely absent from burton's remake. this will probably always be the best one in the franchise for me just because the cat's already out of the bag. and boy was this a nice cat
