This film deserves 5 stars for Ms.Trunchball, alone. Anyone who disagrees is a pisswit. My favourite line would have to be “Thank you, cookie” Trunchball is a polite, kind and hot plus sized woman; she is put down for her masculine traits and therefore seen as a villain. WHY IS EVERYONE AMERICAN EXCEPT FOR TRUNCHBALL??? Girly moved from the UK to this awful American village, full of nerdy and neglected kids OF COURSE SHES MAD. If some ugly kid walked…
Rushmore 1998

Excellent picture and sound track, the writing was amazing. Really shows the early progression of his style but was really brilliant, best line was “she’s my Rushmore” ugh just so good. I would die to be in one of his films- both of the women could have been better written but not enough to loose even half a star, not sure where I would put it in relation to his other films, though I rate it above The Royal Tenenbaums. A must watch if you like Wes Anderson
